Moissanite stones tends to refract light more than diamonds, producing a stronger level of brilliance. In simplistic terms, this means that loose Moissanite stones will usually appear sparklier than a diamond of similar cut and size. Also the average clarity level is higher than that of naturally-produced diamonds. It is common to see diamonds with blemishes and inclusions, whereas Moissanite stones have few obvious internal imperfections. Available colours are colourless, near colourless, tinted, black, light yellow gold, intense yellow gold, vivid fancy yellow gold, light green, dark green, light blue, dark blue, light pink, intense pink and vivid pink.
