We accept orders for delivery from all parts of South Africa and globally. Delivery of your order will be done by a reputable courier company who will deliver to an address or location of your choice.
Deliveries generally take an estimated 10 – 15 working days (which includes the manufacturing time) from date of payment confirmation:
- Goods paid for by Credit Card/Debit Card/SID Instant EFT will be dispatched once the goods are manufactured which can take between 7 – 10 working days. All jewellery are made to order.
- Note that whilst we strive to deliver orders within 10 to 15 working days, delivery can be delayed from time to time due to causes out of our control. Deliveries to outlying areas may take longer than to central areas. Note that all deliveries are scheduled for standard business hours which are 9am to 6pm. We cannot commit to delivery at a specific time during the day.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Provide full, detailed address to which the order must be delivered, with a name & contact number at the address of the person to whom the parcel can be handed. Delivery can only be made to a physical address (no Post Box addresses) where there is a person to receive and sign for the parcel.
CONFIRMATION OF DELIVERY
An email will be sent confirming dispatch of the order together with a link to track the delivery status of your order.
LATE DELIVERIES
If after 10 working days from dispatch, you have still not received your goods, please send us a message via our contact page and give us the order details. We will prioritise a follow up on the order with the courier company and advise you of the status.

DUTIES AND CUSTOMS
If your delivery is delayed or detained by customs, you are to contact the relevant custom office and provide the necessary documentation. All overseas parcels will be delivered by DHL couriers. You are responsible for custom duties and the payment thereof.
RETURNS
- No refund on sale goods.
- No refund on goods incorrectly ordered by customer.
- Goods submitted for return will only be accepted if:
- Returned within 30 days from date of purchase;
- It is in its original condition;
- The purchaser present the original slip/invoice and credit card details where applicable;
- Claims of defect goods, unless clearly visible, will be subject to investigation prior to the provision of a remedy;
- No option of a refund/exchange of goods have been specifically made or ordered, damaged, misused or damage amounts to ordinary wear and tear;
- For hygiene reasons, earrings will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- Goods can be returned to Apollo Gem, a credit (excluding all Courier costs) will be given for the full value of the goods returned. NO refund will be given for any Courier Costs.
- In order to return goods to Apollo Gem, fill in the “Returns Application Request” form below. Complete ALL the required details in this form and the request will be processed and a courier will be arranged to collect the parcel from the address provided.
- Upon receipt of the goods, an inspection will be done to ensure the goods have not been worn or damaged, still in its original packaging with all relevant price tags – after which a Credit Note will be passed.
REFUNDS
If the original payment was made by Credit Card/Debit Card the Card will be refunded with the value of the goods returned. If the payment was made by SID Instant EFT, a Gift Voucher to the value will be issued and sent to you or a cash refund will be made to an account as specified by you.
EXCHANGES
In the event of an Exchange, the same process must be followed as per Returns and the exchanged product will be couriered to you. Should goods be returned to us outside of this procedure, we cannot be held liable for the tracking of the return or the ultimate refund associated with the return. The Apollo Gem Returns Policy in respect of damaged goods is as per the Consumer Protection Act.
